SECTION // 01 — ABOUT
Both Sides
of the Table.

I'm Pedram Poshtiban — a senior PM at Vancouver Coastal Health leading a $500M capital project, and the founder of POSH Project Advisory.

My background spans both the contractor side — estimating, scheduling, procurement at Vancouver Pile Driving — and the owner's side — capital planning, RFP development, and delivery management at VCH.

I hold an MASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Victoria and an MSc in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Tehran. My structural and seismic engineering background gives me a technical depth rarely found in advisory practices.

// Currently managing a multi-year, $500M healthcare capital project in an active hospital environment — coordinating clinical teams, contractors, and regulators with zero tolerance for disruption to patient care.
